2. Services Provided
Cedrux.co
provides payment infrastructure and merchant services for high-volume businesses, including card acquiring, settlement reporting, and related platform tools.
- ▸ Merchant account access, user authentication, and role-based permissions
- ▸ Visa and Mastercard card payment processing and virtual terminal tools
- ▸ Settlement visibility, transaction reporting, and operational support
- ▸ Identity verification (KYC/KYB), fraud monitoring, and security controls including 2FA
- ▸ PCI-aligned processing options depending on your integration method
- ▸ Dedicated merchant support during published service hours
Separate merchant card-processing terms apply when you enroll to accept card payments.

3. Acceptable Use
- ▸ Merchants and authorized users must comply with applicable laws, card-network rules, and industry regulations
- ▸ No use for illegal transactions, fraud, money laundering, or prohibited business categories
- ▸ You are responsible for the accuracy of business information and all activity under your accounts
- ▸ Credentials, API keys, and terminal access must be kept secure and limited to authorized personnel
4. Limitation of Liability
Cedrux.co
provides technology and payment operations support subject to your merchant agreement. You remain responsible for your sales, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and regulatory compliance. We are not liable for issuer declines, network outages, third-party banking delays, or losses arising from unauthorized use where access controls were not maintained.
